Soho Theatre is a partner in NT Connections – a nationwide celebration of young theatre talent.
In 2011, ten thrilling new plays were commissioned by the National Theatre from some of today’s most exciting writers including Katori Hall, Douglas Maxwell and Nell Leyshon, and were performed at Soho Theatre by a selection of local youth theatre groups, schools and colleges for the very first time.
Through work with young people from around the world, from the Shetland Isles to Manhattan, the Connections writers created a series of plays relevant to the ideas, concerns and views of young people of today.
