A laid-back spoken word club night where up-and-coming poets share the stage with some of the finest Spoken Word acts in the UK. Curated by Mr Gee (host of Radio 4’s Bespoken Word and Rhyme and Reason), Raymond Antrobus, Deanna Rodger, Simon Mole and Adam Kammerling.

Chill Pill are proud to announce that So Chilled at Soho Theatre will be the first of a series of shows and performances that they are curating as a part of the Afrovibes festival, supported by the Arts Council.

Afrovibes is an international, multi disciplinary arts festival connecting arts and culture from South Africa with European audiences, bringing talented emerging and established African artists and their work to European venues.

A Word and Graphic artist, a writer with a style as influenced by classic literature as it is by hip hop, by Keats as it is by MosDef. Rooted in a love for rhythm and language, he crosses 18th century romanticism & traditional story telling with contemporary diction and musicality.

Nuala Honan
‘Beautifully written songs, beautifully sung in a voice free from pretension. Nuala is a fresh breeze of talent and raw integrity in the musty, tired world of singer-songwriters.’ Dizraeli
