Exclusive to 18-25s, Soho’s Education Director, Suzanne Gorman, leads a workshop designed to help writers get their ideas onto the page. Covering character, scene writing and structure, this workshop will provide you with the tools and confidence you need to take your writing to the next level.

Suzanne is Education Director at Soho Theatre. She has worked extensively with young and emerging playwrights as a workshop tutor, dramaturg, director and producer. For Soho Theatre her work has included directing Bagpuss, Tales of the Harrow Road, Sohostreets and Moonwalking in Chinatown, both site-specific promenade performances in collaboration with our local community, Behna (co production with Kali Theatre company) The Weave, 3 Days in July, The Westminster Prize, Under 11s; an annual showcase of plays written by year 6 pupils,. Other directing credits include Starfish, a site-specific show at Billingsgate Fish Market and Babel Junction at Hackney Empire, and most recently The Honey Man for New Perspectives and Derby LIVE. She has worked for Shared Experience, Immediate Theatre, Sheffield Theatres, Leicester Haymarket, Maya Productions, and Theatre Royal Stratford East.
