Concessions
Concessions are available to full-time students, ages 25 and under, senior citizens, children, unwaged, people with registered disabilities, Westminster Residents and groups of 10+. All concessions are subject to availability and must be mentioned at the time of booking.
Age Recommendations
Some of our shows have age recommendations, and children can only be admitted with adequate adult supervision.
We welcome younger children, but if they become unsettled during a performance we may ask you to take them outside. Some of our shows have strict age restrictions according to content.
Fees
We don’t charge a booking fee for tickets at Soho Theatre when booked online or by phone or in person between 10am – 10pm, Monday – Saturday. You may be asked to make a donation to help us continue to deliver a programme of the best comedy and theatre in the heart of Soho. If you ask for your tickets to be sent in advance there will be a charge of £1.00 to cover postage and administration.
Resales
Tickets must not be sold for profit or commercial gain by any outlet other than Soho Theatre or one of its authorised agents. Failure to comply will make this ticket and transaction void.
If a performance is sold out we will endeavour to sell any returned tickets to the waiting list for that specific performance only. If a ticket is resold we will issue a voucher to you for your ticket. The voucher does not have an expiry date and can be used for payment for future bookings at Soho Theatre only.
A re-sale will incur a charge of £1.50 administration fee per ticket and the seller must contact the box office the day after to confirm sale.
Collecting at the Box Office
Tickets may be collected from the Box Office any time between 10am and 10pm Monday to Saturday and up to 10 minutes before the start time of shows which start after 10pm. We recommend picking up your tickets at least half an hour before the performance begins. Please bring along the card you paid with and proof of eligibility for any discounted tickets. Comedy tickets can be collected from 5pm on the day of the performance.
Posting Tickets
To avoid unauthorised resale of tickets, tickets will not be posted out and should be collected from the Box Office.
Payment
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and Delta. All cheques should be made payable to Soho Theatre.
Exchanges and Refunds
We will exchange tickets for another performance of the same production if you return your tickets to the Ticket Office 48 hours before the original performance date. There is an administration charge of £1.50 per ticket for exchanges. Please note that we can only action an exchange once we are in receipt of the original ticket.
Once purchased tickets cannot be refunded. We will only offer ticket refunds for cancelled shows.
By purchasing a ticket you agree to these terms and conditions.
