Neil's can be seen in Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job, Tom Green's internet series Poolside Chats With Neil Hamburger and an appearance in the movie Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny (and 26 shows as Tenacious D’s opening act throughout the US and UK, including a memorable gig at New York’s Madison Square Garden).
He has relweased eight full-length CDs and three DVDs, mainly on the independent US lable Drag City and has appeared as opening act for many rock/punk bands including shows with Guided By Voices, Bad Religion, The Melvins, Bonnie Prince Billy (who he has also made four TV commercials for), and most recently has been touring with Faith No More.
