script slam!

Scenes, poems, monologues, comedy, rap and rhyme from young writers across Westminster, with young musicians and performers from across London. Anyone can come to this informal and entertaining showcase of vibrant new voices.

This Script Slam showcases the talents of young writers (11-18) from Churchill Gardens Youth Club, The New Avenues Youth Project and Amberley Youth Project who have been involved in our Soho Slam playwriting scheme.

This Slam will be hosted by Jimmy Akingbola. Our young musical and spoken-word performers  include Cheerleading group Spirit, Inua Ellams and XYM aka DA Yorkshire Rapper a Lyrical hip-hop artist with an 'Up North' flava.
