chronicles of a sleepless moon
16 - 20 September 2008
8pm

Something strange is happening atop Roogs Hill, a plan to go underground is afoot and all the cows in the district are dead!

An improbably daft tale of dastardly deeds and unfathomable adventure, the Butcher and the Doctor are up to something and the Newsman sniffs a story that will take him ten thousand leagues underground, deep into the dead heart of Australia.

This is junkyard theatre. An epic journey of the imagination unfolds from debris and clutter - deliciously dark, exquisitely crafted and riotously told.

'Wallace & Grommit meets David Lynch.'
Montreal Gazette

'Every once in a while a Fringe show has the power to beguile its audience with the sheer breadth of its originality… Chronicles of a Sleepless Moon does just that… Cutting-edge live performance with mime, song, puppetry and film, the actors present the piece with the skill of old school vaudeville players and circus clowns of years gone by… Superb.'

**** The Scotsman

'Visionary, emancipated and transformational.'
