one on one: writers' masterclass

This weekend masterclass for writers offers the unique opportunity to receive in-depth individual feedback on your work.  Suitable for writers from any discipline or level of experience, the workshop will feature exercises and tutorials tailored to the needs and level of each participant.  This session ideal for those writers who are looking to start a new project or re-fresh their thinking on an existing one. You may bring in a new idea, an existing script, or a fresh, blank notebook– with tailored development, hands-on advice and constructive, professional responses to your work, it’s a great way to start the New Year.

Led by Nina Steiger and Adriano Shaplin

Nina Steiger is the Director of Soho Theatre’s Writers’ Centre.  Adriano Shaplin is associate artist with the Royal Shakespeare Company and is co-founder and resident writer for The Riot Group.  His plays PUGILIST SPECIALIST and SWITCH TRIPTYCH were Fringe First winners in Edinburgh and were produced at Soho Theatre in 2004 and 2006 respectively.
