The Welsh Misery returns in his third solo show, Gilbert picks up the story after his Perrier Newcomer Nominated show, 1984. That was about the worst year of his life; then things really got worse.

Life hadn't passed Gilbert Grape by, it had just taken a slight detour. Rhod Gilbert is convinced that life hasn't passed him by either, although he thinks that when it said it was just popping into the services for a leak, it may have been lying.
