Vernon Douglas

Since graduating from The Bristol Old Vic Theatre School in 1995, Vernon has worked as an actor for many leading companies in England including the National Theatre, Royal Exchange, Manchester, Contact Theatre, Citizens’ Theatre, Glasgow, the Gate, Southwark Playhouse and Kultherset, Stockholm. His directing credits includes: The Fighter (St John’s Church, Waterloo); Beloved (The Contact Theatre as part of the Live and Direct 4 programme). Vernon is currently assisting Sir Trevor Nunn on The Royal Hunt of the Sun at the National Theatre.
